Pay, Benefits & Insurance
- $.33/mile to $.42/mile based on length of haul, PLUS $.02/mile safety bonus paid quarterly*

General Qualifications
- 21 years of age.
- 3 months of current OTR experience OR 6 months OTR experience in past 12 months OR 12 months OTR experience in the past 5 years.
- Pass DOT physical and functional capacity testing.
- No DWI/DUI in last 10 years and no failed or refused drug testing.
- No more than 2 moving violations in last 2 years.
- Must have good driving safety record
- No more than 1 preventable accident in last 3 yrs.
* Miles are calculated on the basis of the Tariff Mileage distance set forth in the Knight’s most current version of the Rand McNally Household Goods Carriers Bureau Mileage Guide (the "Bureau Miles") from the point at which the shipment originates, via any intermediate points where required pickups or deliveries are made, to the point at which the shipment is delivered even if the actual miles traveled over the route by the driver are less or more than the Bureau Miles.
